This Privacy Policy describes how PerOmnia LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Scalesco TradeDesk platform ("Service").

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Wallet Information

When you connect your Web3 wallet to the Service, we collect:

• Public wallet address: Your Ethereum/Base wallet address used to authenticate and manage your access tier
• On-chain transaction data: Payment transactions related to your access tier, including transaction hashes, amounts, and timestamps

We do NOT collect or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet balances beyond what is publicly visible on the blockchain.

1.2 Authentication Data

When you sign in, we generate a one-time nonce that you sign with your wallet. This signature is used solely for authentication purposes. We store:

• Authentication nonces (temporary, auto-expiring)
• Session tokens (JWT, stored in your browser's localStorage)

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

When you visit the Service, we may automatically collect:

• IP address: Used for rate limiting and security purposes
• Browser type and version: For compatibility and debugging
• Device information: General device category (desktop, mobile)
• Access timestamps: When you access the Service

1.4 Local Storage

We use your browser's localStorage to store:

• Wallet connection status and address
• Authentication session token
• Disclaimer acceptance status

This data is stored only in your browser and is not transmitted to external services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide the Service: Authenticate your identity, determine your access tier, and deliver data feeds
• Process access: Verify on-chain payments and manage subscription status
• Security: Rate limiting, abuse prevention, and protecting the platform from unauthorized access
• Improvement: Understanding aggregate usage patterns to improve the Service

We do NOT use your information to:

• Sell or rent your data to third parties
• Send marketing emails or communications (we do not collect email addresses)
• Track your activity across other websites
• Build advertising profiles

3. Blockchain Data

Your wallet address and payment transactions are recorded on the Base L2 blockchain, which is a public, immutable ledger. This data is publicly accessible by anyone and is not controlled by us. We do not have the ability to delete or modify on-chain data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

• Legal requirements: If required by law, regulation, subpoena, or court order
• Safety: To protect the rights, safety, or property of PerOmnia LLC, our users, or the public
• Service providers: With infrastructure providers (hosting, RPC nodes) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations

5. Cookies and Tracking

The Service does not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes. We use browser localStorage (not cookies) for session management. We do not integrate third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

6. Data Retention

• Wallet addresses and subscription status: Retained for as long as your account exists on the platform
• Payment records: Retained indefinitely as they are recorded on-chain
• Authentication nonces: Automatically expire after 5 minutes
• Server logs: Retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging purposes

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data we store, including:

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
• Rate limiting on API endpoints
• Wallet-signature-based authentication (no passwords stored)
• Minimal data collection (we do not collect emails, names, or other personal identifiers)

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Request access to the data we hold about your wallet address
• Request deletion of off-chain data associated with your wallet address
• Disconnect your wallet and clear localStorage at any time

Note that we cannot delete data recorded on the public blockchain.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has accessed the Service, please contact us.

10. International Users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
